As our firm’s Director of Client Relations, Britney is often the first point of contact for anyone who calls the office. She assists in the day-to-day, behind-the-scenes operations of the firm. She appreciates that when a person calls our firm, they may be anxious and unsure of where to start; she is grateful to be that reassuring voice that lets people know that they have called the right place. Britney is detailed-oriented, and strives to take the time to listen to people and understand their needs.
Britney is an accomplished professional who brings 10 years of outstanding administrative and customer service experience to assist clients and others at Coast Land Law. At Tongue Point Job Corps Center, she began her career as a student personnel secretary, was repeatedly promoted into positions of increasing responsibility, and worked her way up to management positions based on her hard work and demonstrated skills and talents. Britney graduated from Astoria High School, and has a B.S. in Psychology from Portland State University.
Outside of the office, Britney enjoys spending time with her husband and dog hiking on the coast’s beautiful forest trails or out walking the beaches. She also loves cooking and trying new cuisines, and is a sucker for spicy food. She is a Gordon Ramsay fan and enjoys binge-watching all seven seasons of Kitchen Nightmares.
