What we do. At Coast Land Law, LLC, we have extensive experience with Oregon real estate disputes. Our knowledge of Oregon land use and landlord-tenant law gives us a clear understanding of our clients' rights; our extensive litigation experience gives us the power to protect their property rights, as well as their rights in other legal disputes.

We work with clients statewide. While our office is based on Oregon's north coast, we work with clients and appear in court statewide, including the Oregon coast, the Portland metropolitan area, Willamette Valley, Southern Oregon, Central Oregon, and Eastern Oregon. About half of our clients are located in a different part of Oregon or out of state, and we typically work together via video meetings, phone conferences, and e-mail correspondence (as well as office visits where appropriate or requested).
